Case Manager/Home Health Coordinator
As the SHS case manager/home health coordinator at Aventura,
Yvrose Saintil, RN, works with each resident and his or her family
to establish a personalized plan of care and oversees the delivery
of care and services. In addition, Yvrose can provide our clients
and their families with information about home health, assisted
living, hospice and other related services.
Yvrose has over 20 years of experience in long-term care nursing
and home health care. A graduate of Broward College, she trained as
a bedside nurse at Broward General Medical Center, specializing in
geriatrics. She also earned a degree in recreation leadership at
Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn, New York. Call
