Case Manager/Home Care Coordinator
As the SHS case manager and home care coordinator at Pompano
Beach, Cathy Autry, RN, works with each resident and his or her
family to establish a personalized plan of care and oversees the
delivery of care and services. In addition, Cathy can provide our
clients and their families with information about home health,
assisted living, hospice and other related services.
Cathy has 12 years of experience in hospital and home health
care venues. A graduate of Broward College, she trained as a
bedside nurse at North Broward Medical Center and specialized in
